Jim Ross

President

Jim Ross is a Canadian political consultant who has been working on campaigns for over 20 years.

Jim has held senior roles in campaigns at the national and provincial level, in both general elections and leadership campaigns. His experience includes coordinating voter contact for the Manitoba PCs in 2016 and 2019, and for the Nova Scotia PCs in 2024, as well as serving as Director of Field Operations for the successful 2020 Erin O’Toole leadership campaign in the Conservative Party of Canada.

Jim has also facilitated winning citywide election campaigns in major Canadian cities, including as Voter Contact Consultant to the successful mayoral campaigns in Vancouver and Winnipeg in 2022, and to a precedent-setting citywide referendum campaign in Regina in 2013.

Between 2020 and 2022 Jim served as Director of Training for the Conservative Party of Canada.

Abbas Latif

Senior Consultant

Abbas Latif has more than 10 years of political and campaign experience across Canada, as well as internationally. He has worked on municipal, provincial and federal races, taking on roles that include managing field teams, coordinating voter outreach and leading get-out-the-vote operations. He also has hands-on experience in polling, managing voter databases and applying voter identification techniques.

In addition to his campaign work, Abbas has worked in the Parliament of Canada and Ontario Provincial Legislature. These roles have given him a strong understanding of how government operates behind the scenes and how political decisions are made.

Abbas holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from York University and a graduate certificate in government relations from Seneca Polytechnic, where he was named to the President’s Honour List. He brings a strategic and focused approach to every project and is committed to helping clients navigate political challenges with practical, campaign-tested solutions.

KAITLIN GIBSON

Client Relations and Operations Manager

Kaitlin has over a decade of professional experience working in public relations and communications, specializing in relationship building and client-centered service. Her extensive experience includes work in fundraising, journalism, and the Canadian political arena, where she developed a vast network of contacts. Kaitlin excels at strategically assessing situations and developing creative solutions, focusing on the satisfaction of each client. 
 
Kaitlin holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Political Science from Brock University and a Public Relations Certificate from Simon Fraser University.

Ana Sofia Tapias Tangarife

Researcher

Ana Sofía is a Colombian political researcher with experience in electoral analysis and campaign consulting. She has worked with political teams at various stages of the electoral cycle, contributing to communication strategies, key actor analysis, and monitoring of territorial dynamics. She has stood out for her ability to identify political opportunities at the local and regional levels and for her commitment to strengthening leadership in democratic contexts.

She is currently in her fifth semester of Political Science at the University of Antioquia in Medellín, where she has focused her studies on Latin American political systems, political parties, and electoral studies. Her perspective combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience, allowing her to perform effectively as a researcher in both national and international contexts.
